RevTech Philippines collects only the information you voluntarily provide through our service assessment form, including your name, contact number, vehicle details, concern and preferred schedule.

How we use information

We use it to review your vehicle concern, contact you, schedule service, prepare estimates and improve customer assistance. Submitting the form does not authorize repair work or create a final diagnosis or quotation.

Storage and access

Inquiry records are stored in RevTech's protected website database. Access is limited to authorized RevTech owners, managers and marketers. Passwords are stored as secure hashes and are not readable by staff.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell customer information. We may share information only when needed to provide an approved service, comply with law or protect customers and RevTech. Records are retained only while reasonably needed for service history, follow-up and legitimate business purposes.
